I tried a new recipe this weekend in the crock pot. It was super easy and super tasty. I thought I would share it before I forgot!!
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 cup chopped onion (I just used frozen that I purchase already chopped!)
1 cup BBQ sauce
3 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 boneless (2 lb.) pork sirloin roast
8 hamburger buns
-In slow cooker, combine first 6 ingredients; add the pork. Spoon some sauce over the pork roast. Cover and cook 7-8 hours on low or until the meat is tender.
-Remove meat; shred with 2 forks. Return to slow cooker and heat through. Serve on buns.
It was quite tasty! Landon enjoyed helping me mix it all in the crock pot - he loves to cook! The cinnamon added a unique scent and flavor to it - it smelled really good while cooking. I liked the cinnamon in it, but might try slightly less the next time I make it. Would also be really, really easy to do with chicken breasts. Enjoy!

oh yum, that sounds great. I am always looking for new (easy) crockpot recipes because it is about the only way I cook!
Mmmm, sounds good.
I had used a Picasa and made a collage to get all those photos as one image. It saves me a little time so I don't have to upload each one:)
