Another Sunday

Another Sunday at home...and boy do those boys keep busy! Almost immediately after Austin woke up, he was ready for his cowboy gear!!! Cowboy Austin in pj's!

Aiden spent some time in his pj's jammin on a guitar!


Later that morning, he took a spill while driving a dump truck around. Here is his first black eye! Poor guy - it hurt! Hard to tell in this light, but it is under his right eye. He's so serious in this shot!


This cracks me up...and is so sweet! I was trying to get a better shot of his eye - didn't really turn out - but his profile is so precious! I'm glad I took it!

Finally, Aiden got a turn to wear the boots! Here he is showing them off to me! :)

That afternoong the boys and I spent some time making Dave's birthday cake for the next day (2/28)...Chocolate Thunder Cake! YUMMY! They are really good helpers and especially enjoyed the part where they got to beat on the Whoppers to break them up!

Landon

Landon had some magazine sales at his school a while back and one of the prizes he received for his orders were these cool spotlight eye glass things. I mentioned they would be good for Legos...so now he wears them when doing Legos...most of the time.

Just being silly

Nothing too exciting...just the twins and I being silly with the camera one day! You can tell that this was back before the Colts lost in the play-offs (boo) since we are all decked out in our blue!!!

Twins and Mom

On December 23rd, Landon had to spend some time in his room. :( It happens sometimes when you are 5 and have so much you are trying to learn. It made me sad...but it also gave me some time to focus on Austin and Aiden a bit more. We didn't do much more than usual, but here are a few pictures from our time...Austin, Aiden and mom!

Of course, we had to bake something!! They love to bake and it was the holidays!!! Here we are making chocolate chip cookie bars! Like I've said before, they love that they can now stand on chairs at the island - such big boys!! And such good helpers!

And later just being silly with mom!! I braided some strings they have just out of boredom, but they LOVED them!!! Here I was showing them how they could be used as a headband! They looked at me like I was silly (which I am) and then tried it themselves...but immediately wanted them off! Crazy boys!

Yum...Sherbet!!!

Landon has always loved cookies, candy, ice cream, sherbet, popsicles...you name it, this boy likes it! Guess he gets that sweet tooth honest enough...especially when it comes to ice cream! That's one of my favorites!!! And it seems Aiden is following in his footsteps! He loves any of those sweets, too!

The other night, after dinner I told them I had sherbet and Aiden and Landon got so excited!!!

Now Austin - he's not a fan of cold things! In the summer, he will eat popsicles most of the time, and he will usually try ice cream, but he doesn't really like to eat it. But - Dave got some cute pictures of him while the other two boys were waiting for their sherbet!

Silly Boys!

Here are some pictures from early November (11.2.10)...the boys had a lot of energy this day. Random since it was a Tuesday evening!! But they had fun being silly, running from the fireplace to the couch, jumping on the couch cushions.

And this is what I looked like as they were running towards me...they thought that was pretty funny, too!!! Silly, silly boys!

Silly Faces

I have so many things to blog about, so one of these days I'll get caught up. First day of "school" (daycare), visits to Culver, fun at home...but it will come.

Here are some silly faces of the boys...aren't they cute?

One day before leaving for daycare, I snapped these photos. Landon was being especially cheesy and for some reason Austin looked exhausted (darn allergies). And Aiden was just plain silly! Say Cheese!!!
