The day after!

The morning after the storm, Dave headed out to take some more pictures. In the day light, we noticed a few more things that had been hit around us. I need to look through old pictures, but our neighbor had a large tree that looked like the continent of Africa. Landon pointed that out the first year we lived here and I know I have pictures. But - it is no more. The tree was a victim of the storm! Notice the parts to the right of the other tall trees. It was just as tall as those trees!


It was just to the right of the tall trees there.

A picture of the siding in the daylight. First time in 14 years of owning a home that we had a homeowner's claim to file. Not bad!

Later in the evening we headed out to play in the water table!

We also had some branches that broke off part way so Dave had to climb up and cut them down. Can you see him in the tree?

There they are! Pretty good size from our trees - completely twisted around!

Then we noticed our neighbor's barn roof - notice the section that was missing!
